Describe your leadership style.

I consider myself to be a collaborative and empathetic servant leader who helps to solve problems for the business and for our employees. I foster a safe environment leveraging data and a diversity of strengths to inspire high-performing teams and drive results.

What do you love about working at Edgio?

I love that we are remote-first, which offers flexibility and increased productivity but I also love that Edgio places a high priority on getting employees together for team building, planning, regular offsites, pop-up happy hours, etc…

What excites you about the future?

I’m excited about the opportunity to strengthen our value proposition in the Media Platform business and grow Edgio’s market share.

Share a fun fact about yourself or something you enjoy doing outside of work.

I enjoy gardening and sharing the bounty with family and neighbors or actually cooking with our harvest.  Some of my favorite recipes include vine-ripened tomato salsa, jalapeno pepper jelly, smoked poppers, and zucchini lasagna. And the herb garden helps us spice it up just right.

I also love snow skiing in the winter and paddle boarding in the summer.
