Primerica used a satellite-based communications network to share important information with its 2,000 employees and nearly 118,000 independent contractors across North America. To reduce costs and ensure communications reached remote areas, they decided to move all video communications online and leverage a Content Delivery Network (CDN). Video is used regularly for training, recognition and generally company communications. Most recently, Primerica added the ability for managers to create and upload videos from their phones for staff to view on-demand.
