Kathy Austin joined Edgio in March 2021 as VP, Chief People Designer. She leads all aspects of People Experience including organizational design, talent acquisition and management, change management and employee growth.

In more than 25 years as an HR professional, Kathy lives and promotes cultural values that puts people—and—customers first. Her goal is to offer meaningful work for employees, an empowering management philosophy, and a world-class work environment that enables employees to be motivated and share a design thinking mindset on behalf of its diverse customer base.

Kathy’s values served her well at her recent three-year engagement with Vispero, an organization focused on products and professional services to support the visually impaired to ensure equity and inclusion. Prior to Vispero, Austin held leadership positions at cxLoyalty and Affinion Group.
