Describe your leadership style.
Adaptive. I’m always in search of balancing the needs and resources of the business, performance and driving outcomes, and personal professional development for my team. Empathetic listening and support, a high-road solutions approach, and clear, direct, transparent communication are my foundation.
What do you love about working at Edgio?
Edgio is being built by problem solvers collaborating and driving one another toward continuous improvement. Brilliant contributors who all want to get to the best solution for our clients, internal and external. It’s an exciting time to be part of our First Team
What excites you about the future?
We have technology and service that delivers for our clients - and their end users. Everyone expects a flawless, immediate experience - in events, entertainment, and eCommerce. Our teams and platform meet and exceed that expectation, and we continue to push the edge to evolve as our clients do.
